With Premier Custom Homes, you can start with one of our plans or we can start your plan from scratch! Start your build off right. That means YOU decide which layout works best for YOUR family.
CITY / ACREAGE LOTS
Where do you want to be? We can build on your lot, our lot, or we can find a lot together! We build on both city and acreage lots. We walk every lot before construction starts to ensure we are all on the same page as far as home placement, elevations, and costs.
CUSTOM CABINETRY
All of our new homes include custom cabinetry! Since every home is different, there are tons of options when it comes to the layout and look of your kitchen, bathroom, and built ins. You will even get to see a rendering of your cabinetry before production starts!
FLOORING / COUNTER TOPS
When it comes to flooring selections, we leave it to the experts. With more than 20 years in the flooring industry, Shaughnessy Flooring is sure to find you a product that's not only in budget, but will function properly for your family's needs.
WINDOWS/DOORS
Windows are one of the most important features to make your home standout. Not only the brand, but the layout, type and color too. Our clients get to decide which type of window goes in each room. Want to add a window? No problem!
PLUMBING FIXTURES
Tired of seeing the same plumbing fixtures in every new home you tour? So are we! That's why we offer over 60 different combinations of kitchen and bathroom faucets. If you can't find it in our plumbing book, go to our supplier!

Building a custom home can be a fun, stress free experience.. We have set up our systems to make sure when you move into your new home, you can look back at the process and smile (and of course refer us to a friend).
Even though we are a custom builder, our home pricing is 100% transparent! Our base price options/features are the same for every home we build, and it truly is a turn key number. On acreage builds, we take extreme precautions to determine the correct allowances for each unique lot.
