KEYSTONE

Step 1 | Discovery

Welcome to your new home journey! At this meeting you will work closely with our sales team to discuss your lot, floorplan, wants/needs list, and preliminary pricing. We will show you why building with Premier Custom Homes is the best move for your family. 

Blueprint

Step 2 | Print and Pricing

At this session, you will collaborate with our owner to review your new home's blueprint, discussing your custom requirements and integrating them into the floorplan. We’ll also provide pricing for all options included in your plan. You will walk away from this meeting with final price and redline plan changes.

Designer Comparing Samples

Step 3 | Design Meeting

Welcome to the design meeting! During this session, we will review the updated blueprint, incorporating your redline changes and any structural adjustments discussed in the print meeting. After signing off on your final floorplan, you'll collaborate with Denise at our spacious 4,000 SQFT design studio to make your design selections. Together, we’ll finalize every detail to bring your dream home to life!

Step 4 | Final Spec Meeting

Finalizing the plan, specifications, and selections is a crucial step in the construction process. This phase ensures that all details are meticulously reviewed and agreed upon allowing for a smooth transition into the construction stage. Once everything is confirmed, signing off on the documents signifies that all parties are aligned and ready to move forward. This commitment sets the foundation for a successful project, paving the way for the realization of your vision.

Step 5 | Permit & Build

At this stage, we’re ready for the building permit process. We apply for the permit, and ensure all necessary documents are sent to our trusted vendors and contractors. Once your permit is approved, our dedicated superintendents will oversee every detail of your custom home build, allowing you to relax and enjoy watching your dream home come life!

Step 6 | Orientation / Final Walk Through

Once construction is near completion you will meet on-site with a your agent and our superintendent to walk through your home to review selections, features, and operations of the home. We will also review all punch list items put together by your superintendent. This step is an opportunity to finalize all details, discuss any adjustments, and prepare for your move-in day!

Step 7 | Closing Day

Closing on your new construction home is an exciting milestone that marks a new chapter in your life. As you finalize the paperwork and receive the keys, appreciate the hard work that made your dream home a reality. This moment reflects your personal style and is the start of creating lasting memories in a space that is uniquely yours. Congratulations, your are a home owner!
